Cheryl Amari, Realtor / Associate Broker

Cheryl Amari is a driven, results oriented real estate, home marketing, and contract negotiation expert. As a 'Top 10 Realtor' in the Southeast, you can count on Cheryl to guide you through the home buying and selling experience.

Cheryl received her Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University. Her first job out of college was in Sales where she was quickly promoted to Management for her successes.  Cheryl implemented the Inside Sales Department at Rand McNally which proved to be very profitable year after year and then moved to Sales Director at the TRW Resource Center now called Experian.  Cheryl then started her own recruiting company to help companies hire great sales talent and then she moved on to her love for Real Estate by selling new construction homes.

In 2004, Cheryl joined Keller Williams Realty and has built a reputation since by providing unparalleled service and expert advice to her clients. With a background in sales, management, education, and client care for large corporations and in Real Estate, you can count on Cheryl to provide you with a well-rounded experience in New Construction and Resale properties.

Her background and extensive experience allow her to deliver effective marketing with proven results, exceptional customer service, and assistance in making wise Real Estate investment decisions. Her dedication to clients is why she was ranked as the Number 1 Agent in the Keller Williams Realty Chattahoochee North office 2 years in a row. 

As an invested member of the real estate community, Cheryl has obtained her real estate license in Georgia and Florida as an Associate Broker.

She has been a member of the Keller Williams Realty Agent Leadership Council (ALC) and she is an active member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors (NAMAR), Phoenix Award Winner - Elected to Elite REALTOR® Society/Million Dollar Club for 13 years, and Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR). Cheryl’s designations also include a Certified Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR).

Cheryl loves to spend time with her 3 children and her fun-loving Morkie dog, Bella. She is a beach lover where she invested in a second home in the Panhandle of Florida.  Cheryl also enjoys experiencing new restaurants and live music with family, friends and clients at the many venues in the Atlanta area.

Celia Pardue Reis, Realtor / Associate Broker

Growing up with a Father as an Appraiser and Real Estate Broker, Celia feels like Real Estate is in her DNA. She originally obtained her Real Estate license in Louisiana after graduating college with a Marketing Degree. Upon moving to different parts of the US and Australia, she was able to work in the Sales and Marketing Industries which have assisted her with many successes in Real Estate. Upon moving to Georgia in 2004, she selected her passion of Real Estate and has have never looked back. 

In the Real Estate industry, the opportunities are limitless. Celia has been the #1 agent several years for different Keller Williams offices, productivity coach for agents, Team Leader and Managing Broker for over 260 agents, and served on the Agent Leadership Council 8 times. Each of these jobs has allowed her to learn and grow which has given Celia incredible experience to become a better agent for you, her client. 

As a Broker Associate in Georgia and Florida, she is here to listen to your needs and come up with a solution that is best for you and your situation. She will work diligently in finding your dream home while keeping the most money in your pocket. Or, if you are looking to sell your home, her marketing and sales background will assist you in getting top dollar for your home.

In Celia’s spare time, she loves spending time with her beloved English Golden Retrievers, Bennie and Emmie.  Bennie is a trained therapy dog for nursing homes, schools and hospitals.  She loves riding bikes and walking on the beach; and in general, doing anything outside.

Sharon served in the corporate sector for over 30 years in marketing, sales, recruiting, life and career coaching, and most recently in real estate. The prevailing theme of her career has been helping people navigate the sometimes difficult waters of change.  Sharon spent several years with international outplacement consulting firms and executive recruiting. She is a graduate from Georgia Tech.  In 2005, Sharon made the transition into ministry with a large church, leading a program to help people heal and recover from the devastation of divorce. In 2015, she became a licensed real estate agent and now serves Listing Ladies of Atlanta as their Client Care Specialist managing and marketing their listings and contracts to closing. Sharon realizes that, regardless of the type of change people are going through, it’s essential to be a good listener, to understand their needs, and to offer the information and support for Listing Ladies of Atlanta clients.
Sharon says, “As the Client Care Specialist for the Team, that’s exactly what I get to do. The most important thing I do to assist our clients in their home-buying or selling transactions is to help make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.  We work hard to make sure the process goes smoothly for everyone involved. Our goal is client today, friend forever.”

Derek Conley is a Mortgage Banker that uses a consultative approach for each customer who is in the process of buying or refinancing a home. Derek is accompanied by Kristin Boggs and Dana Duncan who make up a mortgage team with a combined experience of over 35 years. 
Derek has lived in Georgia for over 45 years. He graduated from Kennesaw State University. Shortly after college he knew working with people and their individual needs would be the right fit. In 2005, he acquired a sales position in the mortgage industry and finally found the perfect fit. Derek is honored to be a part of an individual or a family’s most important purchase of their life.   
Derek understands the two most important aspects of any position are knowledge and availability to his customers. That’s why being available 7 days a week sets him apart from most in the industry. Derek met Cheryl Amari in 2008. They quickly realized they both share a hard work, an ethical mindset and always put their customers first. They began to work together as a team. When Cheryl and Celia Pardue began the Listing Ladies of Atlanta team, Derek joined their team and together  they look forward to the opportunity to give the best customer service our industry has ever seen to our clients.
Derek considers himself to be the luckiest man alive to share his life with his wonderful wife Christina and two children Colton and Nora. Christina is the rock that allows Derek to give 7 days a week to his customers.
